Energy Boost Smoothie
READY IN 5 MINUTES | CONTAINS AT LEAST 12 GRAMS OF PROTEIN
Ingredients:
1 banana
3/4 cup milk of choice
1 tablespoon cricket powder
1 tablespoon oats
1 teaspoon maple syrup or honey
ice cubes
Directions:
Put all the ingredients on a blender.
